Ha una forma speciale a \u201cviolino\u201d: nella lavorazione gli viene tolta la pelle, mentre<br \/>\nl\u2019osso pelvico viene preservato. Viene salato manualmente con sale marino mescolato al pepe, aglio e un po\u2019 di alloro. Dopo la salatura e la stagionatura, viene essiccato all\u2019aria secca senza fumo per almeno 12 mesi. Nella fase di essiccazione il prosciutto viene coperto dalla muffa nobile che gli conferisce quel sapore e quel profumo cos\u00ec particolare.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Prezzo: 35 EUR\/kg<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Pu\u00f2 essere prenotato in anticipo.
