Pršutana Jelenić products can be purchased in retail stores at the markets in Pula and Labin, where they are cut by hand in order to respect the serving tradition, and, with prior notice, can be tasted in the facility in Sv. Petar u Šumi.

In addition to the mentioned Istarski Pršut, you can find other meat delicacies at our retail outlets: Istarska Kobasica, Ombolo, Ošokolo, bacon and traditional salami “Kosnica”.
