These terms and conditions apply to gift vouchers until their expiration date, but no later than 90 days from the date of purchase.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions for business operations with gift vouchers are established by JELENIĆ d.o.o., Žminj, Pazinska 2c (hereinafter referred to as: the Company), outlining the rights and obligations of the Company and the Customers in relation to the use of the Company’s gift vouchers. These General Terms and Conditions are binding for the Company and every customer who purchases a gift voucher or uses it to purchase goods on the Company’s website (https://istarskiprsut.hr/shop/).

By publishing these general terms and conditions, each customer agrees that by purchasing a gift voucher, they accept the General Terms and Conditions for the use of gift vouchers.

1. GENERAL

The gift voucher is in digital form and is sent to the customer’s or recipient’s email address.

The gift voucher consists of a code that the customer enters in the designated place during the final step of purchasing products from the cart on the Company’s web store (https://istarskiprsut.hr/shop/).

The Company issues gift vouchers based on payment, and the Company is obliged to accept them as payment for goods sold on its website (https://istarskiprsut.hr/shop/) in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

2. VALUE OF GIFT VOUCHERS

The customer determines the amount of the gift voucher.

The minimum amount of a gift voucher that can be used to purchase goods is €10.00.

Gift vouchers can be purchased using debit or credit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal.

3. COMPANY’S OBLIGATIONS

The Company’s obligation related to the gift vouchers arises when the customer pays the value of the gift voucher.

A confirmation of the purchase of the gift voucher, along with the gift voucher itself, is sent to the customer’s email address, unless the customer provides a different email address for sending the gift voucher.

The Company is not responsible for the loss of the gift voucher, and in case of loss or expiration of the gift voucher, no refund or any other compensation can be claimed.

The Company will not refund the holder of the gift voucher for its value. If a product purchased with a gift voucher is returned for legally permissible reasons, the Company will replace the product for the customer/voucher holder.

The Company may refuse to fulfill the obligations of a gift voucher if it determines that the gift voucher is counterfeit.

4. RIGHTS OF GIFT VOUCHER HOLDERS

The period for using the gift voucher is 3 (three) months from the date of purchase.

The gift voucher is not issued in the name and is therefore transferable.

Gift vouchers can be purchased in unlimited quantities.

The customer can use gift vouchers to purchase goods from the entire range of the Company without restrictions.

The gift voucher can be used to pay the full or partial amount of the invoice.

If the amount on the gift voucher is not sufficient to cover the entire invoice amount, the remainder can be paid using any other payment methods accepted by the store.

If the value of the purchase is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the Company will not refund the difference.

One invoice can be paid with one gift voucher.

5. OTHER PROVISIONS

The customer of the gift voucher accepts these General Terms and Conditions and the rules for using the gift voucher on the day of purchasing the gift voucher.

The General Terms and Conditions for business operations with gift vouchers are effective from the date of their adoption and are published on the Company’s website at https://istarskiprsut.hr/.

The Company reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions or to discontinue the further sale of gift vouchers at any time, with the obligation to allow holders to use them until their expiration date.

All disputes arising in connection with these terms and their validity will be resolved amicably by the contractual parties, and if that is not possible, they agree on the jurisdiction of the competent court.

The General Terms and Conditions come into force and apply from the date of adoption.
